We enjoy hearing from our customers and strive to provide the best
and most personable customer service possible. Current operating
hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm PST.
Most of the items listed on this site are kept in
stock in our Northern California warehouse.
This means that a majority of orders placed by Noon PST
will ship the very same day. However, please understand
that demand can fluctuate. As such, the supply of some flashlights from the
manufacturer may be lower than normal which in turn leaves us
with fewer than usual in our inventory. If an order cannot be filled from
our warehouse here in Northern California
or our satellite warehouse in Southern California within 72 hours,
you will be notified either by email or phone. We
apologize for any inconveniences that may arise and
thank you for your understanding.
